FleetMilne are in independent letting & estates agency based in the centre of Birmingham and have been based in 85-89 Colmore Row for nearly 5 years, during that time the business had grown and evolved drastically in a short space of time but the physical space remained unchanged. Nicola FleetMilne contacted Sylter to assist in re-mapping the floorplan to work more effectively with the way in which the business now operates at the same time as future proofing the next 5 years.

Nicola & the FleetMilne team were a pleasure to work with and are very much enjoying the changes that were made.

New flooring, crittal glazing, feature lighting and new furniture throughout was included in our package.

We were really pleased with the whole project, from Sylter's management style to the professionalism of their contractors, from their recommendations surrounding financing to their keen eye on the costs. They understood the brief, applied it appropriately, and the final result was a visual delight. The work was completed on time and any snagging issues we have come across have been dealt with swiftly, no job has been too big or too small for Hannah and her team. A pleasure all round - highly recommended.
