Sylter Ltd is a commercial construction, fit-out and refurbishment company that specialises in smaller scale projects.

We are focused on bringing quality to clients with project budgets below £2 million, offering the same level of service and dedication to each regardless of size or value. We also believe in completing projects on time, on budget and to a very high standard.

What we do

We offer a range of construction, fit-out and refurbishment services, supported by partners in areas including design, mechanical and electrical, IT and data, security and furniture design and install.

Our Team

Our team has extensive experience in the construction and fit-out industries, having completed a wide range of projects in the commercial property sector over the last two decades.

We work with an external company to assist with our health and safety and environmental processes and procedures. They also audit our on-site activity to ensure unbiased compliance. Many of our partners are ISO9001 certified to ensure quality compliance.
