We were asked to complete a series of works on behalf of the landlord, these works were as follows: sprinkler system works, electrical and lighting works, new boilers and space heaters, air conditioning works, testing, commissioning and certification works, general fit out works incl. strip out, new flooring, new ceilings, decorations, external works and cleaning.

The incoming tenant asked up to complete their fit out works including: partitions, new tea points and kitchens, flooring, M&E works and sprinkler system modifications.
